Excellent service! We had some stains on one of our sofas and reached out for a professional cleaning. Shai is the best! He was punctual, thorough, and clearly experienced. The stain was completely removed, and the sofa looks brand new. The communication was great throughout the process. Highly recommend for anyone needing professional upholstery cleaning!
Originally, H-Town Steam was very responsive, so I was feeling pretty good about using them. I was given a service window of 12–2 today, and I specifically explained that I no longer live at the address. I asked for about 15 minutes’ notice so I could drive over and meet the technician. As always. Discovered these guys during COVID. I have used them in Katy, Spring and today, our Atascocita home. They did our carpets. Literally brand new, used a sealant. Cleaned my white couch and restored it to BRAND NEW. I have an array of children, cano corso's (yes all plural) and a grandchild tracking through this home all through the year.
