I came across the gym while in town for a work event. I just needed a gym to go to for the day so I reached out on instagram to see if they had day passes. They answered me promptly and let me know they had them for just $15! Ryan was very welcoming when I showed up. I appreciate the hospitality while traveling for work. They had a lot of equipment and the atmosphere was awesome. I like family owned single location gyms like this because they have character! If you want to get after it, go here!
Awesome gym great people

Mold in the shower grout and the men's bathroom smells like piss. They need to do a better job and put as much effort in cleaning as they do lifting weights. Update: After seeing the owner's response I have to lower the rating. Don't let them or apparently their buddies gaslight you people. I don't even know the owners but you know who does? The people name dropping them and ly... read more
