It has been a long time that we truly have a taste of authentic hũ tiếu. Freshness is the key.
The restaurant was not full. Tables were not cleaned and I waited for 10 minutes with no staff acknowledging me at the door. The restaurant was likely understaffed as there was one male staff who looked miserable and did not know whether to clean the tables or serve us. He kept looking at us but did not say a word.
Good food + good service+ comfy environment... I like this location more than Victoria drive one...not feeling thirsty at all after the meal which is important as i am very sensitive to MSG...Would definitely come back often.. as we love Vietnamese food.
The staff looked and ignored Spent 20 mins lining up in a half empty restaurant, Finally seated at a table that was empty all along.
