I got my oil changed here, and the service was great. The staff was responsive and patiently explained that my brake pads might need replacing soon. Appreciate the heads-up!
Pay attention to your car before and after they “fix” it up. We’ve been coming here for years and we’re very disappointed.
This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. The owner and staff were incredibly rude and disrespectful, often yelling at customers. One particular employee, a short and heavy-set man, was especially unpleasant, shouting for no reason. They wouldn’t allow me to observe the repair process, making all kinds of excuses, and their work was completely unprofessional.
