Peter Young was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I hired this company for maintenance on my tankless water heater and he went above and beyond. He thoroughly flushed the heat exchanger with distilled white vinegar and discovered that the internal recirculation pump had never been turned on and the altitude settings were left at sea level.
