I made an appointment this afternoon for the next day. I get a call asking to change my appointment for an earlier time. Something came up and I actually need to change it to a later time. They refuse and told me I need to pay $30 for an appointment I just made a few hours ago. Mind you they won’t answer the phone when you call. Lost a good client before my first appointment.
