Maureen is usually fantastic at making me flowers on the fly but today she was busy getting ready for Mothers day Im sure but her employee that made my flowers for my wife and I's 15th year anniversary was very short non helpful with poor customer service. I understand as small businesses get busy customer service may suffer. We discovered Signature Floral through a recommendation from a friend who used Maureen with Signature Floral for her wedding. Maureen was a joy to meet with every time. She was so sweet and pleasant, and really knows her products very well. She worked with our budget and we were able to get our flowers under budget. On the day of the wedding, she was very timely with delivery, which made our coordinator's life a lot easier! Maureen's service and affordability are unbeatable!
Maureen was absolutley WONDERFUL to work with! She did my wedding and "she GOT my vision"! It was all I expected and more! I could not have dreamed that my wedding day could be as great as it was. I too... was on a budget, yet I realize(d) that some flowers were out of my price range but she was able to create for me the flowers I wanted even though other shops quoted me way... over my budget for the same thing. We know weddings can get a bit expensive, thats why it was so great to come across a vendor who will do "an awesome job" on a "tight budget". Whoever said beautiful buds had to break the bank obviously has not visited Signature Floral Design. Maureen really kept me from stressing-- she took care of everything after we picked the colors and my favorite flowers, Maureen was extremely nice and professional. Ask about her complimentary toss bouquet and comp grooms boutonniere. SFD ----- The Best!
