Popped into the store looking for a gift, there was a young lady called Faiza there that was very helpful, I wasn’t sure as to what to get but she knew her diamonds and gemstones, she walked me through on cuts of diamonds, the clarity the colour and grade, in the end I bought a ring and she showed me the GIA certificate that came with it. 10/10 service
