Man if I could give this business 10 stars I would indeed, Mr Cruz came over 45 miles for my service call, had to make 2 trips to get me rolling again, no extra charge! Yes no extra charge,!!!! He fixed my truck and also told me what I was going to need in the near future!!!! Drivers when does that ever happen. H & S Truck Repair Shop provided one of the worst services I’ve ever experienced. Communication was poor from the start, and they didn’t stick to the timeline they promised. On top of that, they added extra charges without informing me beforehand. The work quality was below average, and I felt completely ripped off. Definitely not a trustworthy repair shop. Very bad experience with H & S Truck Repair Shop. They took advantage of the situation and overcharged me for a repair that wasn’t even done correctly. I had to return twice for the same issue, and even then it wasn’t fully resolved. The delay, poor service, and lack of accountability make this shop unreliable. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I had a terrible experience with H & S Truck Repair Shop. I brought my truck in for what was supposed to be a simple repair, and they ended up charging me over $200 for something that didn’t even fix the issue. I had a really bad experience with this guy at H & S Truck Repair Shop. I was asked to delete a review in exchange for $200, and after I did it, he refused to pay me. Completely unprofessional and dishonest behavior. I would not trust this business at all. Be careful dealing with H & S Truck Repair Shop.
