I also have my share of concerns about this company, especially the customer service. For over 2 months now I've been sending emails upon emails just to get 2008k parts for my center in Nigeria without any response.

I left H&S after working there for about 14 months. I would agree that they are accommodating if you need time off for personal or medical reasons but most companies do the same. Posted about a year ago are three reviews from current employees, well I was in the meeting when one of the owners asked everyone "if you like your job, please post a comment on google" they were trying to get a better rating. Hello, I’ve been purchasing Dialysis equipment since 1999 with H&S Technical services and I have always been very happy with their service no matter what I buy, also I have talk to quite a few people there, awesome crew, very very reasonable prices and they give you an option of how fast you want it for your facility, no one’s perfect, but I’ll tell you since 1999 I may have returned 3 to 4 items and I have purchased thousands of refurbished parts Since 1999 , They are always willing to make it right and get it back to you f... read more

A great company to their employees. During my cancer treatments, company keep my insurance going. It is big release for me. I really appreciate owners of the company. I will never leave this great company!
