Kimberly gave us a hard time. Poor product knowledge and disappointing customer service experience.
A step up in quality of products, and several steps up in customer assistance (Brittini is the one to work with). If you are a DIY’er who is remodeling your own space then maybe Lowe’s is the way to go for you. If you’re doing an entire house, working with contractors or subs, you’ll be better served to come here.
I was in a bind trying to get parts for a urinal and they saved my day and my customer's day as well. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
