Absolutely the best OR table service around! Prompt service and extremely knowledgeable engineers. They will work through any problem you have and explain exactly what was/needs to be done to solve your issue. Greg is very professional and is an expert in his field.
AVOID THIS VENDOR AT ANY COST. Have had an autoclave issue for the last 6 months and have sent it in for service three times, the last one being a month ago. It is still failing and giving the same error message. I have called repeatedly, left voicemails, and sent e-mails to no avail. Gregory, as far as I can tell the only person who works there besides the girl who answers the phone, has responded to 4 of at least 50 attempts to contact him for follow-up.
