I have contacted customer service multiple times regarding an unresolved issue and left several messages without receiving a call back. Communication has been extremely difficult, and I have been unable to escalate my concern or receive assistance. Based on this experience, I would not recommend dealing with corporate customer service.
I have had an issue and I’ve contacted customer service multiple times and left multiple messages and have yet to receive a call back. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of communication. It has been very difficult trying to reach anybody regarding the issues that I’m having. Add this point I would not recommend dealing with this company.
Place is a joke. Another mass cooperation that only cares about $$ and not their customer service. Most locations don't have repeat customers or the customers have never had massages

I would give a 0* if I could. Hand & Stone does not care about customer services. I think it is franchised, each store has different owners and they operate a little differently. I was misinformed by Oakville rep that if I purchased $150 GC I could get a free facial. It was a promo they were running. I even called Oakville location prior to purchasing. Front desk advised I could purchase the GC online and get the free facial, which I did but it turned out GC has to be purchased in the store. So I emailed and contacted both H... read more
