I am leaving a one-star review for H&S Insurance due to their unacceptable Commercial Auto Insurance coverage and atrocious customer service. I have been attempting to contact their office for several months and have left numerous messages, yet I still have not received a callback regarding my concerns. I have called both (888) 637-2176 and (805) 212-4890, but none of the agents on their voicemail provide any identification. Josh got me Comercial auto insurance for a brand new vehicle for our company. I put down $2600 deposit. Less than 2 months later, i received a letter saying that I was being dropped without any explanation and a check for a little over $600. So I paid $2k for 2 months worth of coverage. I reach out to Josh and he informs me that "He'll get it sorted out". H&S Insurance services are top-notch! Jared Holland and Kim Champion are always on point, quick to respond and very professional. This past year they oversaw our Worker’s Comp, General Liability, and Auto Insurance. When it’s time to renew any of these services, they work tirelessly to ensure we have the best deal available.
