After the devastating gray fire we were at a lose after losing everything. We were devastated and having difficulty figuring things out, fighting mogage company, permits and getting a new lone from SBA. Picking H & S Construction was the best thing we did! Excellent work. Carlton is the picture of old school customer service. Hard working honest, reliable and more integrity then any contractor I have ever dealt with. He is upfront about everything we discussed and made it a point to keep us on budget. Shows up when he says and keeps his word. Carlton was great to work with. He kept us informed each step of the way and didn’t mind when we had questions. He worked on two homes at once for us and is working on a third. This included site prep, foundation for manufactured homes, septic, connection of well water to home and electrical prep. He and his team were efficient and made sure the jobs were done right.
