I would like to say I had a good experience but man was it bad, I was in need of a tube as I know of the place through friends I went here being the closest to my location. I got charged 15 dollars for an inner tube, no service just a simple regular tube.
Knowledgeable freindly staff that very helpful. Great service department that keeps my bicycle workibg properly.
(08/2025) - Still fantastic, speedy service. The shop remains welcoming with the same friendly and bike loving staff!!! (sometime before 2025) I bought my current bike from them around 2016ish and have gone to them for all my bike needs ever since. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, who care about their customers. Fair prices and they always go the extra mile. They kindly fit me in at the end of the day to fix my front derailleur. Absolutely, the cheapest price On top of getting excellent service from Mike Why would anyone go to REI?
