(08/2025) - Still fantastic, speedy service. The shop remains welcoming with the same friendly and bike loving staff!!! (sometime before 2025) I bought my current bike from them around 2016ish and have gone to them for all my bike needs ever since. Knowledgeable, friendly staff, who care about their customers. Absolutely, the cheapest price On top of getting excellent service from Mike Why would anyone go to REI? The rear derailleur on my Shimano ultegra di2 was way out of wack and needed adjusting badly. I’ve had a couple friends recommend Stotts so I decided to give them a try. So glad I did! The staff was very friendly, the bike shifts like new, turnaround time was one day which is a big deal for me because the other big bike shop in Pasadena told me a backlog of 10 days! Also, the price was very reasonable. I’m happy I found the shop and I will definitely be coming back.
It's a great bike shop. They have a lot of bikes packed into a small space, so there's a wide variety choose from. Accessories and merch, as expected. Prices are high but I understand they have to be for a small business to compete. More than happy to pay a bit more considering how well they treat me and my bike. David is always happy to answer my questions and offer complimentary service on minor issues. Sam is a great salesman, watch out for him (just kidding, he's great). Will be coming back for sure.
