The male vet is kind and was willing to work with me but the women at the desk and the female vet are so rude and not understanding or compassionate. I was up all night with my dog and he was finally resting and wanted to reschedule my appt but needed antibiotics to hold him over until then. They refused. And refused lepto treatment.
I have always taken my dogs here. Very friendly and professional staff.
I have heard great things about this Vet, but I didn't make it past the first phone call! This woman's exact words to me were "Not really, where are you from, that's the problem" and hung up on me, when I asked if they were taking new puppy patients. Very rude and unprofessional receptionist...
