My appointment was supposed to be at 1:30pm. It is now 1:50pm and the lights are off and door is locked. I have gotten no calls from them to reschedule. I guess my time is not as important as theirs. You know, you are not the only game in town.
Ordered glasses from the Garners Ferry location, which is on longer opened for business, back in September 2017 and I have not gotten my glasses YET! Having been calling and no one is answering the phone. They deserve zero stars, but that's not an option!
I'm giving it 2 stars only because the lady at the desk was so nice and helpful. It has been almost a month since my husband went in to get his glasses ordered, and he hasn't gotten them yet. I was going to get mine there too; I'm glad didn't. The phone never gets answered when we call to see if they are ready, and we still haven't heard from them. He drove out there to check on them 2 weeks after he ordered them and they said to give it another couple of weeks. I thought glasses only took at the most a week??
