1 star is generous for what we have received. The apartment is FILTHY! Windows do not close, no drain plugs to bath children. Heavy black mould, hair and scum in showers. On top of this, a FOWL smell in the laundry that carries through the whole apartment. Urine stains throughout bathrooms, previous guest toothpaste in sinks and a VERY RUDE receptionist upon check in.
