We would highly recommend H & R Window Repair to anyone that has out of warranty wood Pella Windows. We called Pella initially to see if they could come out and look at the wood rot on our bay window. They recommended H & R Window Repair. The middle window of our bay window had wood rot at the bottom of the sash. H & R came out accessed the problem provided us with a quote.
