If I could give 10 stars I would, I called and asked some questions before I took it to him to see if I could fix it myself and he was very generous to take the time and explain to me how the circuit works, with me unable to fix it I took the machine to him and he had me back up and running in about a week. Some of the best customer service I have ever seen, thanks again I will definitely be a repeat customer for all my welding equipment.
Brought my machine to them took about 3 weeks for them to get parts as soon as they had the parts it was fixed in less than 2 days could not ask for better customer service
