way better shops in town that will be upfront and honest instead of screwing you over a dollar. could care less about the 100 bucks for an alignment, money is money but when i can't trust the shop owners word and quality of work. that says a lot about a business
Had an alignment done here less than 6 months ago. Had brand new tires put on about a week prior. Went to get my tires rotated at a different shop last week and they told me that they couldn’t because my front tires were too bald due to issues with my alignment. I explained that I had an alignment done less than 6 months ago and they told me there was no way that I had an alignment done within the last year with how bad it was. On a cross country trip we had a tire blow out. Fortunately we were just down the road from Sterling! We changed to our spare and drove in to town. We found wonderful customer service, got two new tires in great time & even a loaner vehicle so that we could go get dinner in town. You guys really went above and beyond! THANKS, H-R!
