Hi, I looked for a week online for a company to come pump out my RV black water tank - a quote from a different company I would have to wait 2 weeks and pay an astronomically huge fee I could not afford . I then found Steve's and they referred me to HR - I am so very grateful & thankful for Anna & Shane came the very next day and did a fantastic job , very professional !!! H&R Septic stood us up twice for a septic inspection due to "truck problems" after we drove 100 miles to meet them at a home in Ash Fork Arizona. They never even bothered to call us to let us know that they could not keep our appointments. As a result, close of escrow on this home will need to be extended. I would caution anyone to seek alternatives before scheduling them.
I have never had a bad experience with these guys or their billing department. I live out of state and they dig up the area to access and put it all back together. Thank you
They forgot my appointment and showed up 3 hours late after I called them. They billed me a price different than the quote on the phone. Ironically good service while on site, but their business manners need a lot of work. Look elsewhere.
Shane answered the phone - (928) 526-0206 - at 4:53 PM and again at 5:12 PM on a Friday and showed up as promised, with Sal, to our 1960s rented home the following Saturday. They had to dig about four feet to get to the old septic tank, found a clog in the mainline the plumber missed the previous day, pumped it all out since they were here and it would've needed it within the next year anyway. Very unhappy that 3 years ago they were hired at time of sale to service our septic tank. We were charged for parts that were not installed and pumping that was incomplete. We also discovered that one of the "lids" that we were charged for is laying in the bottom of the tank?? When we contacted them about these issues, they basically said too late to do anything about it. HOW OFTEN DO PEOPLE DIG UP THE CAPS TO THEIR SEPTIC TO INSPECT WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN DONE??
