I'm not one to normally share negative reviews, However, H & R Repair and Towing desperately needs to improve their services, including their customer service. My daughter lives in Johnstown & took her 2019 Subaru to H&R for a coolant leak in Nov/2023. They said they fixed the coolant leak, a few days later her check engine light came on, it had never been on before, they didn't check her fluids at original visit or do a safety inspection. Not only did the driver and tow manager, John, significantly damage our vehicle when it was towed, but he and the receptionist, Donna, have been extremely rude. They acknowledge that John caused the damage but say that they had permission. They did not. They caused significant body damage and will now not take ownership of their actions to have it taken care of but they also will not provide their insurance information.
