I needed a part for an Orbit watering controller which had been installed 4 years. HR Products couldn't supply the part, but instead gave me a replacement controller! I offered to pay, but they insisted not. Over the Christmas break I had emails and calls from their national and Victorian Sales Managers to follow up. I've never seen such great communication and customer service. Thumbs up, guys.
