1B manager Rita is so useless if you call her for anything it’s always “no sorry I can’t help you.” She doesn’t work. Her sister Michelle takes a vacation every month and unfortunately we are stuck with Rita when Michelle is there she’s the only one who works. Rita does nothing, helps no one, and she is so rude to the residents. She doesn’t know how to speak to people. She is disrespectful, loud and so serious not approachable at all not a happy person.
Worse building poor management no ac poor heating winter is freezing you need to purchase extra heating. Landlord wont fix anything. Half of the time washing mashing doesn't work and it's Public. Machines are public and this building good luck cleaning and sanitizing them. tenants don't stay more than a year unless you been here for a decade and have low rent. Save you money and time.
