I was referred to this place by a friend of mine because I wanted to get my Honda that I just purchased serviced. Chris was amazing he not only did the service he went on to walk me through the vehicle and show me the condition and things I should be aware of and even went as far as to reassure me that I could do some of the replacements myself which is something most mechanics don’t do. I will definitely be returning and I would recommend anyone who owns a Honda or Acura to check HR Automotive out.
Chris was very straightforward, honest quoted me a price and came in under!! Very impressive how clean his automotive shop is, definitely a reflection of his work ethic; gave me confidence my repair was going to be done correctly. You can see his Pride of Ownership and his expertise in his work.
It’s so nice to be able to trust my mechanic! Chris has done a great job figuring out the issues each time I have had to bring my hondas in, and he has also been extra helpful with car advice in general. He truly goes above and beyond — he showed my daughter the basics on how to take of her new used car, which I felt confident helping her buy thanks to his feedback. A competent and honest auto technician is hard to find today, the new owner Chris is one experienced, competent and honest Honda technician. I took my Honda there for oil change and he pointed out my brake pads need to be replaced. He did a fantastic job with great price!
