I will start by saying this is not a personal review of Larry as he was very nice along the way. But at the end of the day, this was an awful awful experience. If you care about your car, your time, and your money, DO NOT take your vehicle to H&R Auto and Towing. Their complete incompetence, dishonesty, and negligence have cost me months of frustration and thousands of dollars--and they have refused to take responsibility for their terrible work.
