Harry was great ! Called at 4:30 pm on a Monday and Harry was here 7:30am Tuesday Christmas Eve! He knew exactly what the problem was with my stove and had it fixed in no time.
Just amazing... his instincts... his experience.. his ability to locate and isolate the problem.. and fix it.. if it is at all fixable. But was even more impressive. He just didn't simply replace the damage part, but stayed in contract with me throughout the week to see if the repair actually solved the problem and that my refrigerator could regain the proper temperatures in both freezer and refrigerator. Harry was very professional and personable. He answered the phone the same day for a service call and called back in the morning to schedule convenient time to come out that next day. He said good morning when he called back, and fit me right in. He is knowledgeable and fixed the motor in my machine. I highly recommend him!!

Just returned from travel to find my refrigerator completely nonfunctional. Harry came out last minute on a Saturday morning and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Perfect timing and utter professional service. Highly recommend!
