I bought the hq assassin mountain board at a retailer when I was on vacation. after let than a hour total kite land boarding time the board started coming apart. I spoke with Chris he asked me if I would send pictures I did. after a few short emails he let me know he would send me a new board. that was yesterday. today I called cause I didn't hear anything back. they let me know it's already in the mail. honestly the customer service I got was great and even thought my board was coming apart, they stood by their product. bes... read more

I love your page! It's top-notch stuff. You post the most fascinating videos. I've watched some of them more than a few times -- oh, the exhilaration! Do you use a GoPro camera? I'm impressed by the variety and creativity of merchandise you carry. Whether one is a beginner or an expert, you have something for everybody to enjoy. I hope to attend a kite festival one of these days -- as an observer and a (novice) participant! It looks like big fun!!
