I had good experience with them in the past but heard that the owner is more hands off now and the quality of service has gone down. Our non profit shop replaced a steering box and ball joints on our van. I put new tires on a couple weeks ago and took it to have the alignment done so the work I did can be confirmed not to wreck my tires. The shop wanted $4,000 to replace my steering box cause they said it had washers on it, replace all the ball joints and tie rod ends and my tires needed rotated. They had 6 miles on them. I don't know how my $750 quote for a car winterization became $1200. Definitely way past what I can afford as a widow with children. *Edited to add-Danny at HQ did contact me and offered a free oil change because of the mis communication*

This business is amazing. Our main tow truck broke down and after being brought to HQ Automotive is running great! Companies like this help companies like mine stay in business and we thank them for that!!
