We are all aware of value mechanical work, however this company values there work more then the costumer time, I had to physically show up to the location to retrieve my vehicle. No call when it was ready, didnt get information from the technician so it was a game of he said she said. When I got home and popped the hood i noticed they didnt even reconnect my obd2 sensor to the the dash, left it hanging. These guys are basically yard mechanics with a shop. Go to express way if you value your time.
Never again. 2 days turned into 2 weeks to get a heater fixed. They were rude and dismissive when I called to check the status, get the diagnosis and estimate. After the truck was there for a week we were told they hadn't even looked at it yet but it was next in line. We live literally 4 minutes away. If they'd said in the beginning that it might be awhile we'd have asked if they could call us when they were ready for it and we could have it there within minutes! I had good experience with them in the past but heard that the owner is more hands off now and the quality of service has gone down. Our non profit shop replaced a steering box and ball joints on our van. I put new tires on a couple weeks ago and took it to have the alignment done so the work I did can be confirmed not to wreck my tires. The shop wanted $4,000 to replace my steering box cause they said it had washers on it, replace all the ball joints and tie rod ends and my tires needed rotated. They had 6 miles on them. I don't know how my $750 quote for a car winterization became $1200. Definitely way past what I can afford as a widow with children. *Edited to add-Danny at HQ did contact me and offered a free oil change because of the mis communication*
First time around I wasn’t happy with their service but recently they did great work on my truck and the customer service was great so my review went from negative to great because they proved to be a great shop to work with
