First time around I wasn’t happy with their service but recently they did great work on my truck and the customer service was great so my review went from negative to great because they proved to be a great shop to work with
This business is amazing. Our main tow truck broke down and after being brought to HQ Automotive is running great! Companies like this help companies like mine stay in business and we thank them for that!!

I’ve always received great service at HQ. Quick and thorough service. They always find time to squeeze me in on last minute requests. I’ve been working with the mechanics for what feels like lifetime and I feel comfortable taking my vehicles here and trusting their recommendations.
Friendly staff; prompt repair; charged me 5 percent less than I expected the repair would cost. Note that they also provide a civic service by employing some high school students in the afternoon to develop trade skills. Very satisfied. No signage - word of mouth, so look for them at the corner of Richardson Highway and Lawrence Road southeast near "Taxidermy".
