Absolute, trash company. Have left vm after vm and they don't even have the courtesy to call back.
Well to start I live outside of their normal service area. I had an issue where my pipes were full and my shower and toilet would bubble when ever I washed clothes. Neil and his help came out to look at what I had going on and they were neat and professional explaining the whole time what was happening.
