My wife and I have stayed on a couple of occasions now, usually arriving after midnight & tired, we were greeted with a smiling face from Prateek at reception. We were quickly up to our room, one that we had requested previously, and felt at home straight away. We will definitely be staying here on many more occasions.
Nice place to stay in Darwin.
Great hotel. Very friendly staff and good facilities.
I had a very poor experience due to the reception staff member, Maritha. She was extremely rude and unprofessional, showing a lack of basic customer service and respect.
