11/26/24-Been going there a while, Gar has been rude every time, nothing gets done about it, the owner doesn't follow up. with these reviews! The owners are very nice people. I dropped off sample 11/22, got a call later from Gar saying we still had a balance from last time, I said it was paid but turned out it wasn't because I thought my wife sent it but didn't, was a honest mistake. He raised his voice and Said " No you didn't send it! and you're not getting results until its paid! I understand that, but its the way he said... read more
Gar is rude and condescending. We were told that our well water was not drinkable. We shocked the well and drained it several times after. He claimed after six months that there was still chlorine in the water. Had it tested the next day by another lab who said our water is perfectly to drink.
Just had a terrible experience with Gar from Thompson Labs. Extremely rude and condescending. Raising his voice because he was annoyed with me not being able to hear him over the phone because I was having a problem with my iPhone trying to switch between my earbuds and speaker. Second year in a row I've used Thompson labs for my yearly water testing and I won't be making that same mistake again. I did not have a good experience here- lab is in a secluded wooded area out of the back of a house. Not easily accessible from the street due to steep hill with no clear signage of facility at all. Since their pricing isn't listed on their website, I spoke to them several times through email and once on the phone. They instructed me to bring the sample in an emptied out spring water bottle.
