I’ve contacted H&O who were hired by the city of New Orleans to clean up the lot at 2525 Memorial Park Dr. They stated that they aren’t responsible for the fence, only the post. Note: this was the only part of the fence to fall during hurricane Ida. They feel if they were given the chance to repair the post, perhaps this wouldn’t have happened.
