Ruined my nails, my cuticles are absolutely ruined, my nails have dents in them! I won’t be returning. I also asked the lady about the gel left over underneath my nail and if that would be removed she said yes, it was still left there after wards. So disappointed. Please train staff correctly. (I also asked for a manicure so I expected that and did not receive that however paid for that) I came here quite a lot before so quite disappointed and the maintenance I now need to do to fix the damage is really, really upsetting. The salon was empty and staff looked at me like a deer in headlights when I walked in despite me making an appointment half an hour earlier via phone. They told me to sit down then they took one look at my nails and were immediately intimidated by the length (they are medium/longish stiletto with a design) they told me the price was going to go from $55 for a refill and plain colour to $70, and judging by the looks on their faces, they really did not want to do my nails. Omg! I’ve been coming here since December and I get gel x everytime, it lasts me almost 9 weeks everytime! The girls are amazing and I love my nails everytime without a doubt
I’ve been here a few times. They do a great job for what I need. Friendly people, easy chit chat. They do get busy so book first.
