So apparently they do animal control? That was news to me, but when a raccoon managed to fall down my chimney and get stuck, everyone kept telling me they didn't deal with that. Animal control recommended HN Funkhouser, who came out and said to tie off a rope for the little guy to climb up. It worked! And I now have a better cover on my chimney.
Despite an initial misunderstanding, I had a positive experience with H. N. Funkhouser. Jeff, the head of operations, handled the situation effectively. Jeff demonstrated genuine concern for my family's well-being and ensured that we had adequate heating when necessary. He also identified an affordable solution that alleviated my financial concerns.
So far I am Happy with this company. Will continue to use. Great customer service.
