I spent $10 on touch car wash it sprayed clear water then ran soap and quit. Went over to try and rinse off manually only soaped and took $2. Went over to touchless it took my $6 with a rinse only and quit. Called number with no answer no answering machine or voice mail. Have lost $18 trying to get my car washed, DON’T GO IT’S A RIPOFF!!!
I went thru yesterday, used my debit card for a $10.00 wash. Got halfway thru the cycle and it QUIT. Had to pay an extra 2.00 just to wash the soap off. Tried calling this morning. NO ANSWER. Will not go back.
August 7, 2018. I went through the automatic was on the left and after my car was covered in soap it quit! I sat there for a few minutes, then drove around front to find a number or a person and didn’t find either. I want my $10 back!
Stole my $10. # answer when called. Don’t recommend.
Stopped today at the automatic soft touch, paid $10 cash, got my receipt and suddenly it said car wash out of service...no refund, nothing ..and of course no one answers the number when you call!! Ridiculous!
I stopped today to wash my truck in the left automated wash and it stole my 10 dollars. Another man walked over to me and said the same just happened to him. Both of us went to the office but no one was on duty. I tried calling but got no answer and no answering machine. Frustrated!
We went to a automatic car wash with our ford ranger, the top brush got stuck on the rear window leaving us trapped in the truck for 20 minutes. We repeatedly called the number and no one answered. We had to escape and force the bay door open to get our truck out before It made the day worst by ruining the paint. I want to communicate with the manager and discuss what happened.
excellent customer service . today a bay malfunctioned & the GENTLEMAN who was there monitoring it not only gave me an upgraded wash but took me 2 a bay by his office & rewashed it with a brush and a wax job. whoever you are sir your effort was above and beyond the call of duty and u made a difficult day much better. and I THANK YOU greatly for your work. sincerely mindy pebley
