Unprofessional. Charged for an hour was told I only had 30 minutes, left early cause I was uncomfortable in less than 5 minutes. (No refunds given)
The front desk experience was very professional—the person at reception was polite, organized, and made the check-in process smooth. However, my experience beyond that point was uncomfortable and did not feel aligned with what I would expect from a standard, professional massage service. Felt very uncomfortable. Paid with zelle, then was very weird and unprofessional vibes. Asked for my money back and left immediately with no massage. Don’t recommend
Terrible place to go. Don't massage feet and lower legs. I'm a senior and they didn't tell me, didn't give a refund
