The dr is great and very respectful, but the call center lady and guy are a mess they deny to give records to patients , they also denied to transfer calls to front desk of the clinic or a manager , 3 different appointments and all of them I had a problem with this call center and front desk people not doing what they had to do I even had to call Humana to put on a claim and investigation on that because being a high risk pregnancy and not being able to see doctor or even get my records a week before getting induced is disre... read more
Bring your referral with you.If they are buissy they tell you you don't have a referral for you so they can finish faster.I seen it happen to other clients and it happened to my dad twise

I would give this office zero stars if Google allowed it. The fact that they only have 2 stars is no coincidence—it truly reflects the terrible way they operate. This cardiology office does not value patients’ time at all. Appointments are meaningless, because even if you arrive on time you’ll be left waiting for hours with no explanation, no updates, and no respect.
