I booked a round trip for a doctor’s follow up visit. I told the company my estimated return time but when I called them after the visit they told me to wait for 30 minutes. What happened is that i ended up waiting for more than an hour. The company did not call me to let me know that there was a delay beyond the 30 minutes. This is completely unprofessional, disrespectful for disabled people like me and irresponsible. I am not going to use their services never again

Jose and his partner have picked my mother up multiple times and the service is always excellent. They are on time for pickup/drop-off and are great while transferring her from bed to gurney and back. When she has an appointment we always request them because of how superb and amazing they are. 5 stars across the board!
On many occasions Premeill Pettway and Mauricio Mejia picks up my wife frequently to/from her doctors’ appointments, which are vital appointments, and it’s never the dreaded feeling of “going to the doctors” but more of the fact she gets to spend time with and have an enjoyable “outing” with Premeill and Mauricio.
