3/26/25 - Kenneth & Brendan with H&M Transport, (Van#170), picked up my 90 year old Mother and I for several doctor's appointments. They were very professional, extremely patient, arrived timely, handled my bed bound mother with care and kept asking if we were okay during the ride. We have experienced many transport rides, that were not adequate, but after riding with H&M Transport we will be requesting their service monthly. Excellent Service!!

On my trip to Washington Hospital Center Jose and Tony were awesome. They got me to the hospital and found where I needed to be and made sure I was registered. Then passed me off to the right people. On my retire trip Luis and Domingo were super. They saw that I was upset so they chatted with all the way back to rehab center. They played music to help cheer me up. I have a large over friendly Service Dog and Van 85 is always courteous and friendly. Ms. Evans is always happy to see us and catch up on fur babies events. It's good to have the same driver for appointments, it makes everyone comfortable.
H&M transported me from INOVA Fairfax Hospital to Virginia Hospital Center and the service was excellent from start to finish. I was handled with care, and treated as a person instead of an object that needed to be moved. Going to VHC in a van by myself was scary, and my driver Premielll could tell that I was anxious. He asked me what kind of music I wanted, and I told him that I love all kinds of music, and he should play what he likes. Premielll said he was going to surprise me, and he sure did!
