We used H&M for my mom. The driver Kenneth and his helper Brendan were great! They were on time and very helpful. Will definitely use H&M again and request them.

I used the online tool to get an estimated cost for the trip and then called to book it. I called 3 separate times and each time they quoted a number that was in the ballpark of the online quote (plus taxes and fees). The night before the transit I called to make the payment and this time the cost was nearly TWICE the amount quoted. I cancelled the trip and had to figure out an alternate plan with very little notice.
