They were very responsive to our needs even though late on a Friday after their normal hours. Their two man team were efficient and were done with the water heater replacement in about an hour!
Worst experience ever. I actually had someone from H&M curse at me after they showed up late for a job where I had to have the sink taken out so new counters could be installed, leaving my contractor waiting 90 minutes. Then, when I called to have the sink put back in, I got chewed out over the phone. The plumber they sent took 3 hours to put the sink in. They charged me double what they quoted me on the phone, and I had to later call a plumber to fix their sloppy work. Never, ever again.
They have helped me with two different projects and have done a great job. The phone conversations have been pleasant and helpful. And the person who did the work in my home was wonderful! Will definitely contact them for future needs. And I would certainly recommend them to others. Thanks!
We've used H&M's services for years - always happy with their work. Recently drainage from our entire house was stopped up. They came within 2 hours of my calling them. We really appreciated the quick fix and some helpful recommendations going forward. Big thanks to Terry and Mike!
