As a woman, I thought they would treat me rude and not help me with my issue, but it turned out to be the complete opposite. Some people were very impatient because there was only 1 guy helping all customers, but once it cleared up , it was worth it. The gentleman at the front desk took the time to figure out what I needed and was very patient. I didn't have a chance to get this gentlemans name, but he had long scruffy hair and was very nice.
