Easy to deal with. Cart in great shape. Lots of fun and highly recommend
Our golf cart quit while we were downtown on a Friday evening. We had no choice but to abandon it until the next day. I called H&M and spoke with Josh on Saturday morning. The cart was a brand that they don’t sell or typically service. He said bring me the key and we will see what we can do. Luckily it wasn’t far from the store and he was able to get it back to the shop even though they close early on Saturdays. Luckily it was just operator error during the charging process. Great place to rent a golf cart from, Josh was great to work with and remembered me from last year, very attentive to great customer service, this is our 2nd time renting from H&M, I highly recommend them!
