Talk about service with a smile. I rolled up trailering my cart and as soon as I stopped I was met by two employees eager to help. They immediately diagnosed the problem and asked me to pull it in. They had me up and running in no time. They were also able to educate me on some things and didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but may in the future. Highly recommend this place!
When we decided to purchase a golf cart, we looked around locally, but our research led us to Mike at H&M. Mike encouraged us to test drive many to be certain what we liked the best. We found the right cart for our family, and moved forward. The purchase process was easy, and the delivery to Ocean Springs was great. Mike knows his stuff, and our experience with H&M could not have been better.
Cannot recommend more highly. The repair shop is quick and reliable. The salesman Mike was knowledgeable and helpful. No pressure. Great products between the two stores. If you want a great cart and service come here.
