I cannot say enough about H&M Nelson and Dennis were excellent to work with very patient. I don’t know how many times I stopped in there, but they went over everything with me. Nelson went over everything with me with my new tractor It was set up delivered in a timely manner. Came in again for some filters for my ford 2120. Gentleman running the parts area once again, super helpful, knows more about my tractor than I do lol. Always goes the extra mile to help me out with questions an how to’s. 10/10 service
Excellent customer service had to order a part for a 2004 New Holland zero turn the guy on the phone sent me a picture of the item and was very patient while I was trying to figure out if it was the correct item! Had it in a week via regular postal mail!
