Not sure if I caught them on a bad day but the man at the front counter yesterday was very rude. Won't be returning.
I noticed an unholy noise coming from my brakes and took my car into another shop but that shop was unable to help me in a timely fashion so I called H&M. They were able to fit me in the next business day and when my car wasn’t ready at the end of the day, the owner offered to drive me home from town and back the next morning! That level of care and service is unmatched, and I can attribute some of it to benefits of small town life but I have to credit the owner himself for caring about those of us in his community. Travelling Nanaimo to Victoria when the plastic skid plate on my van caught on the cement barrier and turned it's self inside out, acting like a snow shovel. Called H&M Auto Shane came to the A&W, laid on the tarmac in the sun & rectified everything with a few zap straps, refused payment and sent me on my way. How wonderful. I'll be back to have H&M Auto check my van out. Thank you for your service and kindness. Dianne
Amazing service, had a loud rattling sound on our way up to Duncan on a long weekend. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Would recommend to anyone in need of car service.
