Brought a Cadillac SRX in that was having severe issues and not driveable. David was able to identify the problem, and found issues I had not even considered and solved those as well in a very short span of time. He was very fair, honest and knowledgeable. David explained the issues very clearly and gave recommendations for future care of the vehicle. The service and experience was exemplary.
