Talk about Rude, this place Cambridge including Dorchester are out of their minds, I can tell you they are NOT competive , they will place you Where they want. They will put you through the POOL of Insurance just to keep their losses down. Talk about customer service , WHAT IS THAT. If your on the phone with a customer for more than 10 minutes, the manager will hang over to speed up the call. Happy to be a prior employee.
Rude, no service, over priced! DO NOT USE – Do not use this office, they are rude and out of control. I've been using for years because I am dumb. I recently tried to add a motorcycle policy to the thousands of dollars I was spending yearly on my two vehicles and they were completely rude, dismissive, cut me off and generally unhelpful. AFTER YEARS WITH THEM! What a waste, called someone else (Progressive direct in this instance) saved $600/year on my policies and was treated nicely, HAPPY :-).
