Sent my request for a quote 4 weeks ago together with relative files. Confirmed the next day through email. 16 days after hearing nothing from them, sent another email checking how it's going. Got reply 3 days later saying they were still working on that. Another 10days passed so sent another email. It turned out they didn't even start on working on the quote. 30 days after my request for the quote, they finally emailed me saying they were "unable to provide a quotation". Thank you for wasting my time.
We can’t recommend HL Mullanes enough, nothing is ever a problem for them, everyone in the team is extremely friendly and they are very efficient. We had lighting issues all throughout our house and prophase electrical did an outstanding job. If your looking for a reliable company for plumbling, roofing or electrical you will not be disappointed, if i could rate more than 5 stars i would, Thankyou guys very much.
