Booked the the load at 10 a.m. Deadhead 140 miles. Appointment at 1:00 p.m. Arrived at 12:45 p.m. Live queue. Door - at 2:30 p.m.. 3:40 p.m. (no one is loading) An arrogant lady from check-in comes up and says, "Oh, we gave you the wrong door!" Ten minutes later, "Oh, we can't load you, your headboard is too rough." Result: 4:00 p.m. I'm wandering around, God knows where. I won't be able to load anything today. The day is completely wasted. I do not recommend dealing with them.
